This hotel looks very good in the promotional photos, but the actual facilities are very poor. Even the breakfast in the morning is very bad. One person came to give a freshly heated portion of two pancakes and an egg. The hotel elevator is still broken and you have to climb the stairs.

There are no cups in the room, no drinking water is provided, the hair dryer has been taken away, the facilities are old, and there was a network, electricity and water outage yesterday. Breakfast was great and staff went above and beyond to sort out any issues.
Booked a superior suite. Room was good size but furniture was bit outdated and not very clean
